Stoke COG Blog

Hello there my name is Christopher Dryden.  You might remember me from the blog Wotsup With Da Man CD and Daily Thoughts which you may read either by email (if it’s working) or by the YMCA web-site.  Among me many hat-tricks I’m also a charter member of Stoke Church Of God (COG).  Well, I say Stoke COG, in reality we have people attending from further afield than Stoke, but for the benefit of the exercise we’ll call it Stoke COG.

This blog is basically here to update you on what’s going on in the life of Stoke COG.  You’ve got me personal blog to find out what’s up with the man CD.  This one is stricly geared to church life and will hopefully direct you to upcmoing events.  I’m hoping that people will be encouraged by the real humanly frail steps we’re making with God in seeing what He would have us do in the city.

I trust that you’ll enjoy the blog.  Until then I hope that wherever you are in your own spiritual journey you will enjoy the reality that there is a Father who cares and has made His love clear.  Clear through sending His Son to die and rise from the dead.  Clear through His Spirit enabling us to enjoy life to the full in devoted service to our Lord and love for our neighbour.
