The subject of fasting is a good one to be refreshed on every now and again so we’re not taking the subject for granted. There is plenty of information out there on fasting, but for a personal journey in fasting I recommend the series currently going on the Wotsup With Da Man CD blog to check out:
The series will continue so keep up with the blog for the latest episodes. In the meantime if fasting is not part of your regular spiritual disciplines there is so much biblical evidence to suggest how necessary it is that there is every reason to make a part of your life.
